In the old Celtic tale of Tristan and Isolde, a love potion intended for Isolde and King Mark was mistakenly consumed by Isolde and Tristan. From that moment, an irresistible love bound them together, despite the vows and loyalties that stood between them.Their love became one of the great tragic romances of medieval legend, remembered as a passion that neither distance, duty nor fate could break.

Isolde's Philtre is inspired by this ancient tale of forbidden love, longing and devotion.

Our decorative potion bottles are handmade, one of a kind creations, crafted from vintage, reclaimed and thrifted glassware. Each bottle is lovingly transformed into something a little unusual, from mysterious poisons and peculiar curiosities to mythical potions inspired by folklore, history and old-world apothecary.

You might find a bottle of something deadly, something enchanting, or something that looks as though it has been rescued straight from a forgotten witch's cabinet. 🖤

Because every piece begins with a unique bottle, no two creations are ever exactly the same. Glass shape, colour, age, markings and imperfections all add to their character and make each piece completely individual.
